Here I was responsible for the distribution on the programme with Hertfordshire and West Essex, as well as delivering the content of the programme, I am also trained in nutrition as well as wellbeing, in accordance with NHS.

I have a number of years teaching experience, within schools, via the NHS and privately. I have completed an Advance TEFL, and also teach adults and children English. I now run HERTS Tuition, offering a number of different subjects and experienced tutors.

I am flexible in my approach and understand that everyone is different. I love teaching and hope to hear from you soon.
